With an interest in addressing GI disorders, Dr. Flores enjoys helping patients uncover hidden food allergies and sensitivities, treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), and intestinal dysfunction. In many cases, she utilizes specific testing to look for intestinal inflammation, pathogenic bacteria, yeast, and parasites.

Dr. Flores is a Certified Mold-Literate Practitioner through the mold certification course from Dr. Jill Crista, author of Break the Mold © 2018.  Dr. Flores has also studied the work and protocol of Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker as well as many other contemporary practitioners in the field.  When evaluating and treating patients affected by indoor mold and/or biotoxins, she may utilize urine mycotoxin testing, specific blood inflammation markers, stool analysis, micronutrient level measurement, genetic testing and more.  Treatment draws on her background in botanical medicine, nutrition, knowledge of detoxification systems, hormone balancing, and application of findings from genetic analysis.  Guiding patients into wellness and improving their quality of life brings Dr. Flores the greatest joy in practicing medicine.
